Rectifying and upload
The user can rectify the issue and reupload the file again in the CKYC portal for verification
Processing the customer records

A scheduler runs at midnight to fetch all the files for which the disbursement process is initiated and LAN number is generated in LMS and fetches it in our system in the JSON format and submit to CKYC portal in the ZIP format (Multiple Files of TXT and Image format).

CKYC sends back the data in the ZIP format.

How it works
Records
Customer KYC records with no CKYC numbers are pushed to CKYC extractor
Errors
In case of any errors found, CERSAI responds with error responses. These records are rectified and process is repeated
CKYC
CKYC extractor performs 60+ validation checks and converts records into CERSAI specific TXT files
CKYC ID
CKYC ID are returned as responses in the output file by CERSAI for successful customer records on the SFTP server
Files
There can be one or multiple TXT files and folders with images of customer KYC information
Storage
TXT files are stored on the SFTP server provided by CERSAI
